What to make homemade meat sausage for sandwiches: only natural ingredients

There are many different sausages on the market and in stores now. However, most of these products contain flavor enhancers and various dyes, which are not very healthy. Therefore, the best option would be to prepare such a dish at home.
The idea of making homemade milk sausage from chicken fillet was published on the Instagram page of the MasterChef superfinalist Olha Riabenko (olga_riabenko_). For an attractive color, add beet juice.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
- broth – 200 ml
- gelatin – 30 g
- beet juice – 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper
- dried garlic – 2 tsp.
- nutmeg – 0.5 tsp.
- carrots – 1 pc.
- onion – 1 pc.
- bay leaves
- green pitted olives – 250 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken meat.
2. Cut it into pieces with onions, carrots, and bay leaves.
3. Dissolve gelatin in 200 ml of broth.
4. Let stand for 15 minutes.
5. In a blender, mix the meat, beet juice, gelatin, and spices until smooth.
6. Cut off a regular plastic bottle and pour in the mixture.
7. Add the olives and mix well.
8. Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
