What to make from bananas for a snack: a recipe for flavorful pastries

While bananas are a delicious and healthy fruit, they are also the basis for a flavorful pastry called bread. It is very flavorful, fluffy, and most importantly, it is made without yeast. It can be supplemented with dried fruits, nuts, and chocolate.
Food blogger Daria with the nickname miss.daria shared a recipe for banana bread in the oven on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- bananas - 300 g (3 pcs.)
- flour - 220 g
- sugar - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sunflower oil - 60 ml
- butter - 60 ml
- cinnamon
- baking powder - 10 g
- chocolate / nuts
Method of preparation:
1. First, mix the eggs and sugar with a whisk until smooth.
2. Mash the bananas and add them to the total mass, then add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sunflower oil and butter. Beat the mixture with a mixer until smooth.
3. Add the almond flakes and chocolate to the dough. Stir to combine.
4. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake the bread at 180 degrees 50 minutes. Enjoy!
