Cooking method:
1. Add sauces, salt and pepper to the chicken.
2. Mix well.
3. Let stand for 30 minutes
4. Wash potatoes. If large, cut into 4 pieces.
5. Cut the zucchini and eggplant into circles, at least 1 cm thick so they don't burn.
6. Place all the ingredients on a baking tray, salt, pepper and sprinkle with Italian herbs and a little oil.
7. Bake for 35-39 minutes at 200 degrees.
8. After about 20 minutes, cover the zucchini and eggplant with foil so that they do not burn.
