Food blogger Inna Kalancha(inna_kalancha) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for roasted vegetables with meat and mushrooms over a campfire.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- champignons
- pepper
- tomato
- onion
- meat (neck)
Marinade:
- salt, pepper
- sweet paprika
- soy sauce
- garlic oil
Method of preparation:
1. First, mix all the necessary ingredients for the marinade: salt, pepper, sweet paprika, soy sauce and garlic oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
2. Rub the resulting marinade thoroughly on the steaks and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
3. Wash the vegetables and salt them. First fry the potatoes and mushrooms for 10-15 minutes.
7. At the end sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
