Soup is most often eaten for lunch. And in order to make the dish really healthy and satisfying, you need to choose the right base for it. It's definitely not pork or even chicken.
Family doctor Halyna Pokhmyrska (doctor_galuna_pokhmyrska) shared the idea of making a light and healthy soup for lunch on Instagram. The expert notes that salmon is the best choice for this soup.
Ingredients:
- salmon - 500 g
- onion
- carrot
- potatoes - 4 pcs
- cream - 20 %.
- salt and pepper.
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare all the ingredients: remove the skin and bones from the fish, cut it into pieces.
2. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes, grate the onions and carrots.
3. In a thick-bottomed saucepan with water, stew the onion, then add the carrots, cook for a few minutes.
4. Add potatoes, cover with water, add bay leaf and salt.
5. Cook until the potatoes are almost fully cooked.
6. Add fish and cream, dried parsley, pepper to your taste and cook for another 10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the soup with herbs and serve.
