If the potatoes are peeled, they take a long time to bake. And after cooking, you may notice that the vegetable is hard inside. Therefore, in order for the product to cook quickly and taste good, follow a few simple steps.

The idea of cooking crispy baked potatoes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Vitalina Naumenko (vita.cooking). Cut the vegetable in half and make cuts on each of the halves.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 6 medium
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • butter - 20 grams
  • parmesan cheese - 50 grams
  • spices (salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika)

Method of preparation:

1. Cut potatoes in half.

2. Make cuts.

3. Melt butter and add to the potatoes. Pour oil and add spices.

4. Put  parmesan cheese on the bottom of the mold and roll each piece in it.

5. Put in a preheated 200° oven for 40-50 minutes. Brush with the oil that remains in the mold from time to time.

10 minutes before the end of cooking, turn the potatoes cut side up and bake for another 10 minutes.
