What to do with potatoes before baking to make them soft: an easy way

It often happens that after baking, the potatoes become very dry and impossible to bite. Especially if they are finely chopped. Therefore, to make the vegetable juicy inside, you need to do one simple manipulation.
The idea of cooking baked potatoes that are juicy inside was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking. Before cooking, you just need to boil the potato pieces.
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 1.5 kg
- oil – 100-110 ml
- flour – 2 tsp.
- breadcrumbs – 3-4 tbsp.
- salt – 1 tsp.
- garlic – 3 cloves
- seasoning for potatoes – 1 tsp.
- smoked paprika – 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel, rinse, and cut the potatoes into slices.
2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with boiling water and boil for 3-4 minutes.
3. Drain and dry the potatoes with a paper towel.
4. In a bowl, add the oil, flour, breadcrumbs, garlic, and spices to the potatoes and mix.
5. Put it on a parchment and bake it in a preheated 190-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
