Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 150 ml.
- warm water - 100 ml.
- butter - 30 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- flour - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, salt, warm water, milk, melted butter to the eggs.
2. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
3. Add the flour.
4. Mix well again until smooth.
5. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
