Liver soufflé is a simple alternative to sausage and the usual pate. The soufflé has a very delicate and pleasant texture and is easy to spread on sandwiches or eat on its own with bread.
Food blogger Oksana Pashko shared a recipe for liver soufflé in the oven on her YouTube channel (Cooking with Oksana Pashko).
Ingredients:
- beef liver – 500 g
- onion – 2 pcs.
- carrots – 1 pc.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- cream 10% (milk) – 100 ml
- flour – 60 g
- salt – 1/3 tbsp.
- ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the carrots and onions at random.
2. Wash and remove the film from the liver. Cut it.
3. Grind the vegetables and liver through a meat grinder.
4. Add milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir well.
5. Add flour and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
