- 800 g chicken fillet
- 2 onions
- 400 g canned pineapples
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. French mustard
- 250 g hard cheese
- salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs
1. Dice the fillets, add spices and place them in a heated frying pan.
2. At the same time, chop the onion and fry.
3. Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise and mustard.
4. Place the roasted fillets on the baking tray, top with the fried onions.
5. Brush everything with a layer of sauce, then lay out the pineapples and sprinkle with grated cheese.
