What to cook hake with to surprise guests: the most delicious recipe
After a hard day's work, you want a delicious dinner prepared in a hurry. Hake in a marinade with onions and carrots will be the perfect dish for such occasions.

Ingredients:
- Hake - 1 kg
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onions - 2 pieces
Marinade:
1. Mayonnaise - 50 gr
2. Mustard in the grains - 50 gr
3. Soy sauce - 50 ml
4. Sour cream - 100 gr
5. Seasoning for fish - 5 gr
6. Garlic - 2-3 cloves
7. Pepper, paprika
8. Coriander to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the fish and cut into portions. Other types of fish can also be used instead of hake. Crucian carp and silver carp will taste good.

2. Proceed to the preparation of the marinade. Add salt, smoked paprika, mustard, garlic, fish seasoning and coriander to the mayonnaise. Finally, add sour cream and soy sauce and mix well until smooth;
3. Pour the marinade over the prepared fish and leave it for at least an hour. This action can be done in the evening, and proceed to the cooking process when it is needed;
4. Fry the carrots and onions in a frying pan with a little oil and then put the mixture in a baking dish. This dish can also be varied by adding potatoes, boiled until half cooked;

5. Put the fish on top and pour the sauce in which it was marinated. Bake in a 200-degree oven for 30 minutes.
