What to cook from pita for a snack: the most delicious recipe
Pita can be used to make many delicious and interesting dishes: appetizers, rolls, pies with filling, casseroles and even crispy chips. Such pita chips are traditionally baked in the oven with favorite spices, and served with sauce or eaten on their own.
- pita - 150 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- cream - 150 g
- melted cheese - 150 g
- parmesan - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. First cut the pita into small triangles and place in a bowl.
2. Add your favorite spices and oil to the pita. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands.
3. Place the pita on a baking tray. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Move the pita pieces every 5 minutes.
4. To prepare the sauce, mix cream, cheese and spices in a saucepan. Put everything on fire and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
5. Serve ready chips with hot sauce. Enjoy your appetite!
