Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 0.5 kg
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Corn starch - 50 g
- Red pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Oil
Method of preparation
1. Cut the potatoes into slices, add half the salt, cover with boiling water, and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Mix the starch with the other half of the salt and spices.
3. Drain the potatoes and roll them in the starch mixture.
4. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the potatoes.
5. Drizzle the potatoes with oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
