Ingredients:
- chicken thighs (without skin and bones) - 6 pcs.
- French mustard - 1 tbsp
- plums - 6 pcs
- red onion - 1 pc
- salt, spices
Method of preparation:
1. First, put meat in a mold. Add salt, spices, mustard and mix well.
2. Cut onion in half rings and plums in slices. Put on top of the meat.
3. Cover the mold with foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
