  • sour cream - 1 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
  • dried garlic - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • potatoes - 6-8 pcs
  • blue onion
  • mushrooms
  • broccoli
  • bell pepper
  • cherry tomatoes
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves

  • vegetable oil

Method of preparation

1. Cut the chicken and flatten it a little.

2. Mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika and dried garlic. Stir and coat the chicken well on both sides and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

3. Slice potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.

4. Add onion, chopped mushrooms, broccoli, bell pepper, tomatoes and garlic.

5. Add salt, pepper, and oregano to the vegetables to tast. Drizzle with sunflower oil and mix well.

6. Take out the rack and put the chicken, covered with foil, on top.
