The idea of cooking a delicious soup with peas was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ivanna with the nickname ivanka.family. The life hack is to add starch to the soup while cooking and the peas will be ready very quickly.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of pork ribs
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 liters of water
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- spices
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the ribs.
2. Put them in a saucepan and cover with water.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Remove the foam and add the washed peas.
5. When it boils, add baking soda (it will help the peas to boil quickly).
6. Remove the foam and add vegetables and spices.
7. Stir and cook over low heat until the peas are tender.
8. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
