What to add to pancake batter for an unbeatable taste: just one ingredient

Eating pancakes for breakfast is a habit that came to us from the United States. However, quite often we modify original recipes by adding some ingredients to our own taste.
This is exactly what a food blogger named nastiabarbar did. On Instagram, she shared how to make and what to add to the pancake batter to make them unbeatable.
Ingredients
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Flour - 1 glass
- Soda - 0.5 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Banana - 1 pc
Method of preparation
1. In a separate container, combine the egg, sugar and kefir. Stir well.
2.Add the flour in stages. First, add half a cup, mix well, and check the consistency of the dough. Add the rest as needed.
3. Add the baking soda and oil. Mix well. The dough is ready.
4. Peel the banana and cut it into small slices.
5. Fry the pancakes in a dry frying pan. Spoon out some of the dough, put the banana on top, and spread the rest of the dough. Fry on both sides.
