What to add to minced meat to make cutlets juicy: a very simple ingredient
Chicken meat is quite dietary and dry. Therefore, to make cutlets from such minced meat tasty, you need to add several ingredients. And in addition to the traditional soaked bread in milk, you should also take grated butter.
The idea of making soft and juicy chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tamara with the nickname tomka_recepti.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken – 500 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- bread – 3 slices
- milk to soak the bread
- cream – 3 tbsp
- salt, pepper
- frozen butter – 70 g
- eggs – 1 pc (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the meat, grate the onion, and soak the bread in milk.
2. Combine everything, grate the butter, mix, and form patties with wet hands.
3. Roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Fry in heated oil.
