What to add to meat cutlets to make them juicy: two simple ingredients

Be sure to add these ingredients if your cutlets turn out dry. This happens because the meat you use for the dish is not fatty enough. Most often it is chicken. But it is very easy to add juiciness and satiety.

The idea of making juicy chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Demenchuk (mrs.demenchuk). According to this technique, zucchini and hard cheese are added to the frying mass.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1 medium
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • eggs - 2 medium or large
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • flour - 5-6 tbsp
  • smoked paprika/salt/pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the chicken, absorb excess moisture with a paper towel and cut it into cubes.

2. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze out excess moisture and add to the fillet.

3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

4. Add to the fillet.

5. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.

6. Add the flour and spices and mix until the dough is thick.

7. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, heat and fry the cutlets over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
