Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Honey - 1-2 tsp.
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. If the cottage cheese is grainy, beat the mass with a blender.

2. Form sausages from the dough, roll them in flour, and cut them into pieces that will be lazy dumplings.

3. Put water in a saucepan, add salt, put it on the fire, and let it boil.

4. Cook the lazy dumplings in salted water for 3 minutes.

5. Take out, rinse with cold water, and serve with sour cream.
