  • Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dry garlic
  • Paprika
  • Curry
  • Starch or flour
  • Cherry tomatoes - 10-15 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Spinach - 50 gr
  • Cream from 15% - 200 ml
  • Nutmeg - 1 g

The method of preparation

1. Make shallow cuts in the chicken fillet, pour oil over it, add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.

2. Bread the fillets in starch and fry them in a frying pan heated with oil until golden brown. Remove the fillets from the pan.

3. Melt a piece of butter in the same frying pan. Add the halved tomatoes, chopped garlic and spinach.
