What to add to chicken cutlets to make them juicy: sharing the technology

Despite the fact that chicken meat is quite dry, it makes very juicy cutlets. You don't even need to overcook the minced meat, just chop it with a knife. And to make the taste soft and tender, you need to add a few simple ingredients to the frying mass.

The idea of making juicy chopped chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger TetianaGumeniuk (gumeniuk_fit). According to this technology, in addition to traditional onions, sour cream and hard cheese should be added to the cutlets.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 500 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 70 g
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • onion - 1/2 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt, pepper, ground smoked paprika
  • oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.

2. Add egg, grated cheese, sour cream.

3. Sift the flour, grate the onion and garlic.

4. Add salt, pepper, spices.

5. Mix everything and fry in vegetable oil under a lid on both sides until golden brown.
