What tea to drink in winter to boost immunity: a recipe
In winter, tea is best made from citrus fruits, berries, and ginger. Don't forget to add honey as it can be safely added to hot tea and it will not affect the quality and benefits of the drink.
Cook Anna shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy tea made from citrus fruits and fresh ginger on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 30 g of fresh ginger
- 2-3 tbsp. honey
- 5-7 pcs. cloves
- 1 liter of hot water
Method of preparation:
1. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon and the juice of 1/2 orange. Cut the remaining citrus and ginger into slices.
2. Put all the ingredients in a suitable container and cover with hot water. Let the tea brew for 3-5 minutes.
