Ingredients:

  • lettuce leaves
  • halloumi cheese
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 radishes
  • 3 tomatoes

Ingredients for the sauce:

 
  • juice of half an orange
  • zest of half an orange without white peel
  • 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sweet mustard

Method of preparation:

 

1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.

2. Let stand to allow the zest to release all the flavors of the sauce.

 

3. Toast zucchini slices with salt and black pepper.

4. Fry jalumi with dried garlic and herbs containing rosemary.

 

5. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

6. Place everything on the plate in this order: lettuce, zucchini, cheese, sliced radish, quarters of tomatoes.
