What tasty dessert to make with peaches: no need to bake

Juicy seasonal fruits should definitely be eaten fresh. But you can also use them to make delicious desserts. But ones that do not require heat treatment. Then all the ingredients will remain healthy.
The idea of making a no-bake cottage cheese dessert with peaches was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname viktoria__cooking. This dish is based on gelatin, so the mass hardens quite quickly.
Ingredients:
- 350 g of cottage cheese
- 300 g of sour cream from 18% fat
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- 15 g of gelatin + 75 ml of cold water
- peaches to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with very cold water and leave to swell (for 10-15 minutes).
2. Add sour cream, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar to the cottage cheese and beat with a blender until smooth.
3. Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
4. Take it out, stir and check if all the grains have dissolved, if not, heat it a little more. (Do not overheat, otherwise the gelatin may lose its properties).
5. Add the melted gelatin to the curd mass and beat again with a blender.
6. Remove the peel from the peaches, cut into small pieces, add to the curd mass and mix gently with a spatula.
7. Cover the mold with foil, lightly grease the foil with vegetable oil, carefully put the curd mass and leave it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
8. When the dessert is ready, remove the film and decorate as desired.
