Ingredients for the cream:

  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 200 ml of cream 33%
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • zest of one lemon
  • 300 grams of strawberries (form sides first and fill the rest with cream and jelly)

1. Whip the chilled cream.

2. Add powdered sugar, cooled mascarpone and beat until stiff peaks.

Method of preparation:


1. Place sliced strawberries on top of the biscuit layer.


2. Pour boiling water over the jelly beforehand.

3. Stir well and let cool.


4. Put it in the refrigerator.

5. We need to watch carefully. When the jelly just begins to solidify - immediately pour carefully with a spoon on the cake and put it in the fridge overnight.
