The combination of meat and prunes is a fairly popular appetizer option. For this dish, you should choose pork as it is quite juicy and moderately fatty. Dried fruit becomes very soft during cooking and gives the meat its natural sourness.

Ingredients:

  • pork
  • onion - 1/2 pc
  • prunes - 4-5 pcs
  • butter (you can choose Ghee)
  • hops suneli seasoning

Method of preparation:

1. Cut onion into half rings.

2. Turn on the multicooker ("frying" mode) and fry in oil for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add meat, sprinkle with seasoning and fry on both sides for 3 minutes.

4. Rinse and steam prunes.

5. Cut lengthwise and add to the meat. Cover with hot water, reduce the heat and turn on the "stewing" mode for 2 hours.
