Ingredients:
- redfish - 350 g
- potatoes - 5 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- cream - 200 g
- butter - 30 g
- salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Ingredients for the broth:
- fish head - 1 pc.
- fish tail - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- water - 2 liters.
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients for the broth in a saucepan, cover with water, and cook for 30 minutes.
2. After cooking, strain through a sieve.
3. Dice the potatoes and put them in the pan.
4. Separate the fillet from the bones, and cut into cubes.
5. Fry the onions and carrots in butter and add to the pot.
6. Add salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
7. Cook for a few more minutes.
8. Add the chopped fish and cook for about 4 minutes. Add cream and cook for another minute.
9. Remove from heat and let it brew for about 10 minutes.
10. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
