What kind of cottage cheese to make cheesecakes so that they don't fall apart: they turn out to be very loose
Not everyone can make perfect fluffy cheesecakes that don't fall apart. The most important thing in this dish is to choose the right cottage cheese. It should be moderately fatty and airy. That's why ricotta is an ideal option.
The idea of making cheesecakes that don't fall apart was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yevheniia Malinevska (ev.malinevska).
- 200 g of ricotta
- 80 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the egg, ricotta, sugar and 50 g of flour.
2. Scoop out the dough with a spoon, form a ball and immediately roll it in the remaining flour. The dough is sticky, so it will be easier to shape.
3. With the help of a knife make beautiful edges of the cheesecakes.
4. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the cheesecakes on both sides until golden brown.
5. The inside is very tender, like cream, and the crispy crust adds a nice texture.
6. Serve with condensed milk/jam/honey.
