Young potatoes can already be found in markets. They are often served with fresh dill and boiled bacon. But the product is also extremely tasty when baked – it develops an appetizing crispy crust. To do this, pour the raw vegetable into a sauce with vinegar.

Ingredients:
- olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- apple cider vinegar – 3 tbsp
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- small potatoes – 900 g
Ingredients for serving:
- salt
- chopped fresh garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, salt and pepper.
3. Rinse the potatoes well, but do not peel them. Cut the potatoes in half.
4. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet, pour over the prepared mixture, and mix.
5. Put the potatoes cut side down.
6. Bake until tender for 35-40 minutes, check for doneness with a fork.
7. In the process, stir the potatoes two or three times to get a golden crust.
8. Add a tablespoon of vinegar to the cooked potatoes and stir again.
9. Sprinkle with salt and garlic as desired.
