What filling to make a delicious liver cake with: everyone will like it
The taste of liver cake is influenced not only by the fried pancakes, but also by the filling you put inside. Many people use chopped eggs or vegetable frying. But the following option will be much tastier.
The idea of making a liver cake with cream cheese and garlic was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Mikulich (yuliia_mikulich). The dough makes quite good pancakes that do not tear during frying.
Ingredients for liver pancakes:
- liver (chicken) - 700 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- milk - 250 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper
- oil - 2 tbsp
- flour - 150 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- mayonnaise - 300 g
- cream cheese - 70 g
- garlic - 4-5 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver and peel off the film.
2. Add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, oil, flour, baking powder to the liver.
3. Use a blender to beat the mixture until smooth.
4. Heat a frying pan.
5. Lubricate it with oil.
6. Fry the pancakes on each side until cooked.
7. It is not necessary to grease the frying pan with oil before each pancake.
Method of preparing the filling:
1. Add the grated garlic and cheese to the mayonnaise, beat the filling with a blender until smooth.
2. Spread each pancake with mayonnaise.
3. Assemble the cake, put it in the refrigerator for a while.
