What dessert with apples to make instead of charlotte: very basic
Apples are available in stores and markets at any time of the year and their price is quite affordable. Therefore, these fruits are perfect for making simple desserts for tea. And it doesn't have to be the well-known charlotte.
The idea of making basic apple cookies was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Zhuk (nataliia_zhuk_cooking). It turns out to be very crispy.
Recipe for basic apple cookies

Ingredients:
- 3 pcs. apples (medium)
- 30 g of butter
- 2-3 tbsp. l sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 200 g of cottage cheese (take fine-grained cottage cheese or punch it with a blender)
- egg
- 80 g of sugar
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 120 ml of vegetable oil
- 300 g of flour (it may take a little more or less, look at the consistency)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- salt
- powdered sugar

1. Peel and cut 3 apples into small pieces.
2. Melt 30 g of butter in a frying pan.
3. Then add the apples, 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

4. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
5. Put 200 g of cheese in a deep bowl.

6. Beat 1 egg, add sugar, vanilla sugar and 120 ml of oil.
7. Beat all this with a blender.

8. Pour about 300 g of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
9. Knead the dough, divide it into 3 or 4 parts.

10. Roll each of them out and cut into 4 pieces. Put an apple inside and cover with dough.

11. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
12. Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar.
