Warm salad with pumpkin and liver: an unusual combination that will cause gastronomic delight

The recipe for a warm salad with liver and pumpkin was shared on Instagram by a food blogger with the nickname lizaglinskaya. It remains to be seen what additional ingredients it contains.
Ingredients
- pumpkin - 300 gr
- butter
- feta cheese - 50 gr
- red onion - ¼ pc
- pumpkin seeds - 10 g
- lettuce leaves
- lemon juice
- salt
- chicken liver - 300 gr
- corn starch - 20 g
Method of preparation
1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut the vegetable into slices of about 3x3 cm.
2. Put the pumpkin on the parchment, salt, add oil and bake for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees.
3. Rinse the liver, dry it with a paper towel and roll it in cornstarch.
4. Fry the liver in a frying pan on both sides for several minutes. It is important not to dry it out. Put the cooked liver on a paper towel.
5. Mix oil with lemon juice and salt. The dressing is ready.
6. Cut the red onion into half rings and mix with the lettuce leaves. Then add the dressing.
7. Put it on a plate and add warm pumpkin, feta liver, and pumpkin seeds that have been dried in a dry frying pan beforehand.
