On weekends or on any free evening, you can treat yourself and your family to a delicious and easy-to-make walnut cake with buttercream.
The recipe for this dessert was shared on Instagram by food blogger Anna Fil. She also said that the cake has a rich nutty flavor and a very delicate texture.
Ingredients for the dough for a 25 cm diameter mold
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Sugar - 120 g
- Vanilla sugar - 16 g
- Milk - 120 ml
- Oil - 120 ml
- Flour - 200 g
- Baking powder - 12 g
- Walnuts - 60 g
Ingredients for the cream
- Cream 30% - 100 ml
- Cream cheese - 400 g
- Condensed milk - 150 g
Method of preparation
1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
2. Add milk and oil. Beat until smooth.
3. Add the flour and baking powder. Stir or beat until smooth at low mixer speed.
4. Add the crushed nuts. Mix with a silicone spatula.
5. Put the dough into the mold. Put in a preheated oven to 170° and bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Cool the finished sponge cake completely and cut it into three parts.
7. Prepare the cream. Beat the cream, cream cheese and condensed milk with a mixer until a fluffy, stable mass is formed.
8. Grease the cakes with cream on the top and sides and put them in the fridge for soaking.
