Few people did not adore wafer tubes with condensed milk as a child. This taste stays with people throughout their lives. And when you try this dessert again, it brings back memories of a happy and carefree childhood.
However, life goes on, tastes change, and chefs experiment with combinations of interesting ingredients. This is exactly what the chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi did on his Instagram . He reminded us of the taste of waffle tubes with condensed milk and added one secret ingredient.
Ingredients
- sugar - 55 gr
- vanilla sugar - 5 gr
- butter 82.5% - 100 gr
- sour cream 20% - 40 gr
- eggs - 3 pcs
- water - 120 ml
- flour - 230 ml
- salt - 2 grams
The method of preparation
1. Beat butter, sugar, sour cream and eggs until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add flour and salt.
3. Mix thoroughly and add water.
4. Fry the finished batter in a waffle iron preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown. One tube makes about 25 grams of dough, or 1 tablespoon.
5. Once the batter is ready, remove it from the waffle iron and shape it into a tube.
6. For the filling, use boiled condensed milk and cream cheese in any proportion. In his recipe, Yaroslavskyi advises mixing these ingredients equally.
7. Let the filling stand for a while and fill the tubes.
