Waffle cutlets are a great dish when you want to please your loved ones but don't have much time to cook. The dish is very juicy and tasty. It's also easy to take with you on the go.

Ingredients
- Waffles
- Eggs - 4 pcs
- Butter
- Mayonnaise or sour cream - 1 tbsp
Ingredients for the filling
- Chicken minced meat 700 g
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
- Greens - a bunch
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dry garlic - 1 tsp
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan with oil.
2. Grate the carrots and fry them as well. At the end, combine them with the onion to form a roast.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a separate bowl, adding the roast.
4. In a separate container, beat the eggs, add 1 tbsp of sour cream or mayonnaise and mix well.
5. Put the filling on one waffle and cover with the second waffle.
6. Dip the waffles in eggs and sour cream and put them in a frying pan heated with oil. Fry over low heat under a closed lid until golden brown on both sides.
