That's why a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking offered to cook a new interpretation of the familiar dessert and gave it completely new flavors. On Instagram, she also shared what to add to the cake to diversify its flavor.
Ingredients
- Condensed milk - 350-400 grams
- Walnuts - 1 cup
- Soft butter - 180 gr
- Coconut flakes - 50 gr
- Banana - 1 piece
The way of preparation
1.Fry the nuts in a hot dry frying pan.
2. Grind the nuts in a blender to a state of crumbs.
3. Add soft butter, coconut, condensed milk and mix well.
4. Grease the wafer cakes with the resulting mass and put the sliced banana in the middle of the cake.
5. Wrap the cake in cling film and put it in the refrigerator overnight under the press.
