Very tender "Raffaello" cottage cheese casserole: a recipe without semolina and sour cream
Cottage cheese casserole is a delicious, healthy, and satisfying breakfast dish, as well as an alternative to many desserts. It can be prepared in different ways: with semolina, apples, raisins, or even pumpkin, as well as without eggs, flour, and sugar, replacing the ingredients with others.
One of the culinary blogs (recepti_svitlana21) published a recipe for "Raffaello" cottage cheese casserole on Instagram, where it is recommended to add coconut flakes for a special taste.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 400 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- flour – 70-80 g
- natural yogurt – 70 g
- baking powder – 10 g
- sugar – 100 g
- coconut flakes – 40 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and yogurt. Beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Add baking powder and flour to the resulting mass. Mix well.
3. Finally, add coconut flakes. Stir to combine.
4. Put the resulting mass into a mold covered with parchment.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
