Vegetable fritters are a great option for a quick lunch, snack, or even dinner. You can make them with zucchini, cabbage, potatoes, add carrots, onions, and even add melted cheese. They are easy and quick to make - the process takes only 10 minutes.

- zucchini - 1-2 pcs
- carrot - 1 pc
- Onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 3 cloves
- melted cheese - 1 pc
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- flour - 3-4 tbsp
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt, pepper
- baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
1. Grate zucchini on a large grater.
2. Shred the onion, carrot and melted cheese in a blender.
3. Next, mix all the chopped ingredients. Add the egg, sour cream, flour, spices and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should be as thick as sour cream.
4. Spoon the resulting mass onto a heated frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden and cooked.
