Food blogger Olha Riabenko shared how to make crackers that can also be taken on the go on Instagram. As it turned out, it is quite quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- pumpkin seeds - 150 gr
- sunflower seeds - 100 gr
- chia seeds - 50 gr
- sesame seeds - 75 gr
- flax seeds - 75 gr
- oatmeal - 50 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 400 ml
- sugar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and press well. Leave for 30 minutes.
2. Grease a baking sheet with oil and cover with parchment.
3. Put the mixture on the parchment, smooth it out, cover with parchment and press it down with a glass over the entire area.
4. Remove the parchment and put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 160 degrees for 1 hour.
