Ukrainian banderyky: recipe for minced meat triangles

Banderyky is a popular dish in Ukrainian cuisine. It is triangles made of pancakes stuffed with minced meat. The dish is easy to prepare and suitable for festive and everyday tables.
Food blogger Kseniia with the nickname kseniya.goodfood on her Instagram page shared a recipe for banderyky pancakes with minced meat.
Ingredients for the dough:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 150 g
- milk or water (water in the recipe) -250 ml
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- minced meat - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc
- salt, pepper, spices
Method of preparation:
1. First of all, prepare pancakes. To do this, mix eggs, sugar and salt.
2. Next, add water/milk and butter. Mix again.
3 Make thin pancakes from the batter.
4. To prepare the filling, mix minced meat with chopped onion, salt, pepper and spices.
5. To form banderyky, cut each pancake in half. Put minced meat on each half evenly. Wrap into a triangle.
6. Ready made banderyky can be pan-fried or frozen. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise. Enjoy your appetite!
