Traditional Indian panipuri: what dough it is made of
Traditional Indian appetizer panipuri

Panipuri is a traditional Indian appetizer. It is mostly street food, in the form of balls with a variety of fillings. This dish is made from a special semolina dough. The technology is quite simple, and the taste is very crispy and spicy, so Ukrainians may also like this culinary creation.

Valerii Ponomar, a chef from Odesa, shared the idea on his Instagram page.
