Tomatoes with cheese and garlic in a new way for a snack: eaten in a jiffy

Cheese and garlictomatoes are a budget and quick snack for all occasions. It turns out juicy and fresh. It can be prepared both for festive and everyday meals.
Foodblogger Julia Simonchuk(cook_julija_simonchuk) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for an appetizer of tomatoes and cheese in a new way. In this recipe, lettuce leaves are used for a bright serving, and the filling itself is supplemented with eggs, which turns out nourishing and delicious.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 2-3 pcs
- hard cheese - 120 g
- eggs - 3 units
- salt, pepper
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- mayonnaise
- salad leaves
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-cook the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.
2. Also grate the cheese on a large grater. Mix it with the eggs.
3. Add the garlic squeezed through a press, salt, pepper and mayonnaise to the ingredients. Stir to mix.
4. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices. Place a lettuce leaf and stuffing on each slice. Garnish with dill if desired.
