A fresh and light salad is the perfect combination of greens, tender cheese, and fruit. Persimmon will be the best choice as it is juicy, moderately sweet and slightly tart. Be sure not to spoil these ingredients with fatty and heavy dressings.
The idea of preparing a light salad with persimmons was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Sheremet (tania_sheremet_). The dressing should be made of lemon juice and mustard.
Ingredients:
- arugula
- persimmon - 1 pc.
- jamon - 100 g.
- Camembert cheese - 60 g.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- honey - 1 tsp.
- oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut Camembert cheese and persimmon into slices.
2. Put arugula on a plate.
3. Add cheese.
4. Add persimmons.
5. Put sliced jamon.
6. Pour sauce over the salad.
