Ingredients:
- lentils - 1 cup
- water - 1 cup
- salt, pepper, dried garlic, paprika
- dried herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the lentils.
2. Cover with 2 cups of water.
3. Leave it on overnight.
4. Drain the excess water in the morning.
5. Add salt and spices, 1 cup of water and beat with a blender.
6. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan.
