Ingredients:
- 500 ml of light beer
- 300 g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 g of melted butter
- 100 g of sugar
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:\.
1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar and salt.
2. Gradually add the eggs, mix and stir in the yolks.
3. Pour in the beer, mix well.
4. Pour in the butter and finally knead the dough into a homogeneous dough.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
6. Heat a frying pan and grease with butter or ghee.
7. Pour a scoop of batter into the pan and spread it over the surface of the pan.
8. Fry for 2-3 minutes, turn over and fry for another minute. Repeat this manipulation with all the dough.
