Food blogger Olga with the nickname podomashnemutut shared a recipe for chocolate pancakes with milk on her Instagram page, which always turn out thin, tender, and elastic.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 500 ml
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • cocoa - 4 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. 

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with a whisk until smooth.

2. Pour the milk and mix.

3. Add the flour and cocoa. Stir until there are no lumps.

4. Add the oil and mix.

5. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan.
