Korean-style tomatoes are a simple appetizer, which will taste better than any salad. The peculiarity of the spicy dressing is that it is prepared with crushed sweet peppers. You can eat such tomatoes after 24 hours
The idea of cooking juicy tomatoes in Korean style is published on the page of food blogger Vita with the nickname vitala_foodblog on Instagram. The greens add a special freshness to the dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of tomatoes cut into quarters or small ones into halves
- 2 sweet peppers
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 hot pepper if desired
- a bunch of herbs: parsley, dill, basil.
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g vinegar 9%
- 50 g oil
- 1 tbsp. salt
Method of preparation:
1. Slice tomatoes and place into a clean jar.
2. Make dressing: grind peppers, garlic and herbs through a meat grinder.
3. Add oil, salt, sugar and vinegar. Stir.
4. Add the dressing to the jar with the tomatoes, shake well.
5. Store in the refrigerator with the jar upside down.
6. It is possible to eat them already after 24 hours.
