The simplest liver pate: you need only four ingredients
Liver pate is a healthy and nutritious appetizer. There are many variations of cooking: you can add onions, cream or sour cream, and fry for a long enough time to make the meat tender. But to make the dish delicious, you only need to add apples and carrots. These ingredients will add juiciness and a pleasant sourness to the liver.
Nutritionist Victoria Honcharenko (viktoria_radostnaya) shared the idea of making healthy liver pate on her TikTok page.
Ingredients:
- liver
- carrots
- apples
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Put liver slices in a frying pan.
2. Add carrots, cut into large pieces.
3. Add apples, cut into cubes.
4. Cook for 20 minutes.
5. Add salt and spices.
6. Whisk everything in a blender.
