Ingredients:
- puff pastry
- apples
- butter (melted)
- nuts
- sugar
- cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Roll out the puff pastry.
2. Cut the apples into cubes.
3. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
4. Put the apples and nuts. Wrap in a roll.
5. Spread the strudel with beaten egg yolk.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
